You can request permanent deletion of your OnwardCircle account and associated personal data at any time. You do not need an active subscription.
If you cannot access your account, email us from your registered email address with the subject Delete my OnwardCircle account. Include the email address associated with your account. Do not send your password or sensitive personal information. We may need to verify ownership before processing your request.
Request account deletion by email
Account information and associated OnwardCircle support-circle, trusted-contact, readiness and scenario-plan data are deleted as part of account deletion, subject to any information we must retain for legal, security, fraud prevention or accounting reasons. Data shared with other participants may need separate treatment where those participants have their own records or legal rights.
Records that must legally be retained, such as certain billing or transaction records, may be kept for the applicable legal retention period and then deleted. For questions about the deletion of particular information, contact privacy@onwardcircle.app.
