OnwardCircle helps people organise trusted contacts, support roles, practical scenario plans and readiness information.
We may collect account information such as your name, email address and account identifier; information you choose to add about trusted contacts, including names, email addresses and phone numbers; scenario-plan information; readiness responses; review notes; and technical information needed to operate, secure and diagnose the service.
We use information to authenticate your account, provide OnwardCircle features, deliver invitations, maintain your plans, protect the service from abuse and diagnose faults.
OnwardCircle uses service providers including Google Firebase for authentication, database, crash reporting and app protection; Cloudflare for backend API infrastructure; Resend for transactional invitation email delivery; and Stripe for web subscription checkout, recurring billing, invoices, payment-method management and payment-related fraud prevention. Stripe receives the billing and payment information needed to provide those services. OnwardCircle does not store full payment-card numbers. Firebase Crashlytics may receive crash traces and related device, operating-system and app-version information when diagnosing app failures. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to OnwardCircle.
OnwardCircle does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for third-party behavioural advertising.
If you add another person to your circle, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide about that person is appropriate. An invitation does not create legal authority, financial responsibility or an obligation to provide care.
If you purchase an OnwardCircle subscription on the web, Stripe processes the payment and returns identifiers and subscription status to OnwardCircle so we can provide and manage paid access. We retain the minimum billing metadata needed to determine account entitlement and support billing operations.
Information is retained while needed to provide the service and for legitimate security or legal purposes. You can initiate permanent account deletion from Settings in the OnwardCircle app. Account deletion removes your OnwardCircle account and associated plan data except information we are legally required to retain.
You can generate an export of your OnwardCircle account information from Settings > Export my data.
We use authentication, access controls, encrypted network connections and backend security controls designed to protect OnwardCircle data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
You may update your profile and plan information, export your information, remove trusted contacts, or permanently delete your account using the controls provided in the app.
