These terms govern your use of OnwardCircle.
OnwardCircle is an organisational and readiness tool. It helps you record trusted contacts, support roles and practical plans.
OnwardCircle does not create powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, guardianships, executorships or other legal authority. It is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial or emergency advice.
A trusted-contact invitation is a request to participate in someone's support circle. Accepting an invitation does not by itself create legal authority, financial responsibility or an obligation to provide care.
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information you enter into OnwardCircle, including information about other people.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
OnwardCircle may offer paid subscription plans on the web. The price, billing interval, taxes and other payment details are shown before you confirm purchase in Stripe Checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled.
You can manage an active web subscription through the secure Stripe Customer Portal linked from OnwardCircle. Unless otherwise shown at the time of cancellation, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Refunds are not automatic and are provided only where required by law or where OnwardCircle expressly agrees otherwise.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but OnwardCircle is not an emergency response service and should not be relied upon as the sole way to obtain urgent help.
You may permanently delete your account using Settings in the app. If an active OnwardCircle web subscription is linked to the account, OnwardCircle will attempt to cancel that subscription before account data is removed so future recurring charges do not continue after deletion.
